I Installed the updated version, and not only did I spend way too much time trying to reenter my subscription info, but it tells me it is invalid over and over and over. I couldnt even fix my typos when writing a complaint in app without retyping the whole thing and having it freeze up on me. Please fix this!

I installed the update today. Now I cant get any issues. I only get the digital version. Please fix.

I have never written a review before, so that alone gives you an idea how frustrated I am trying multiple times to verify my print subscription access to issues I already paid for, as well as the current one. It worked for me ONCE then next time I tried to view current issue I was required to go through the update process again many times. Finally get in, but can only VIEW 2 issues: I am expected the BUY all the others I had archived, which means I have already PAID FOR?? I just got a renewal notice in the mail today...hmmm, what should I do?!

Yes, you have to re-enter your info, but it worked fine for me, allowing me to re-download all of my previously purchased magazines. One problem, I tried to verify using my address and it didnt work. Luckily my latest issue just arrived, and the account number was there. It worked fine.

I hate this app

Although it did take me a time or two to get the email/password business to go through the ap, it certainly did not take an hour. The part that might trip people up is that you have to sign back in and this can only be done by clicking on "cover" at the bottom of the aps main screen. It takes a bit of clicking around and isnt entirely intuitive, but once its done, its easy to download the digital additions. All my devices are fully updated and Im not having any problems.

Where did all my archived issues go???????? Dislike!

I can not get the magazines to download anymore. I emailed customer service with a picture of the error msg I was receiving. They replied that they had no idea why I couldnt access the magazine because they show that I was logged in. Still no solution to my problem.

I only get the ipad edition and after two months of dealing with customer service they still cant fix my problem. I go to sign in and restore my purchases and nothing happens. I havent been able to view the last two editions. As a long time subscriber I am saying never again!!

Simply does not do as described on iPhone 5! BRUTAL...

I still cant access my subscription. I hope it doesnt auto-renew. I havent been able to see it in months. Im done with it.

I was excited to see an update that addressed issues/concerns that were expressed with the previous release. I was hopeful, but disappointed. The feature which previously allowed for sharing of articles is still missing. Please put it back.

Omg this is so boring

First, the app takes you to the digital version of the current issue of Family Fun magazine. I was not expecting this in an app. I love, love, love Family Fun magazine, but I was expecting more info from the app. If it matters to anyone.....I have spent most of today trying to find the e-book "Backyard Fun" mentioned on page 4 of the current (June/July 2015). The article says to go to Facebook and "score a free e-book loaded with summer games......Click on the "Backyard Fun" tab. There is no tab on Facebook. I went to the website. There is no tab an no way to get the free e-book. This makes me wonder if anyone checks out links, etc.
